Had an amazing stay! The infinity pool overlooked the stunning Douro Valley, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Dinners were beautifully presented and tasted incredible, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. Just a heads-up, the driveway can be tricky to navigate, so drive carefully!

The stay at Rural Quinta Do Pego delivered stunning views of the Douro River that truly captivated us. The infinity pool became our daily retreat. its backdrop showcased the sweeping vineyards and sunset. Breakfast was a highlight. it included an impressive spread of pastries, fruit, and meats. While the staff were super friendly, some lacked knowledge about local dining options and activities, leading to missed opportunities for wine tastings. The room's lighting felt inadequate, making it difficult to relax in the evenings. A significant downside was the narrow driveway, which made arriving a bit stressful. We left feeling that with a few adjustments, particularly in staff training, this place could shine even brighter.
